Yes, completely, we even include your domain for the first year. You only pay for hosting which is server space where your server lives, enabling people to access it. We make money from completely optional extras which you can add if you like.
None whatsoever. You just fill in a form about your business - name, what you do, contact details, preferred colours. We take care of everything else. If you can write an email, you can get a website.
Yes. Every website we build is individually designed for your specific business. We take your information and craft something that genuinely represents you - not a generic template with your name slapped on it.
After 10 days, your card is charged £19.99/month + VAT for hosting. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
During the trial you get a free preview link to share. When you're ready to go live, you choose a domain name (like yourbusiness.co.uk) and we handle absolutely everything - connecting it to your site, setting up security, all of it.
Yes - we include a simple visual editor so you can update text, images, and colours without any technical knowledge. If you need something extra just message your developer and they will be happy to help.
Yes. Your monthly subscription covers fast, secure hosting on UK infrastructure with 99.9% uptime, automatic SSL (the padlock in your browser), and regular backups.
We want you to love it. If you're not happy, tell us what you'd like changed and we'll rework it - no extra charge. You can also tweak everything yourself with the visual editor. And if it's really not for you, cancel within 10 days and you pay nothing.
Most websites are ready to preview within 24 hours of submitting your brief. Once you've reviewed it and chosen a domain, we can have you live the same day.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. If you cancel during the 10-day trial, you're never charged. After that, your subscription simply stops at the end of the billing period. We don't do sneaky exit fees.
Absolutely. Many of our customers are replacing an outdated site or moving from another provider. We'll build you a fresh website and can help point your existing domain to it.
Yes, always. Whether you bring your own domain or buy one through us, it belongs to you. If you ever want to move it, just request a transfer from the Domains tab in your dashboard and we'll release it straight away.
